1. General Information
webgenon.ro is owned and operated by Stanciu F. Cosmin-Adrian, sole trader (PFA), CUI 31578560.
The terms and conditions on this page apply to the sale of all products and services offered.
2. Information about Terms, Services, and Company
The seller is Stanciu F. Cosmin-Adrian, sole trader (Persoană Fizică Autorizată), with registered office in Bucharest, strada Vulturilor, no. 51, 3rd floor, apt. 15, sector 3, registered with the Trade Register under F40/1714/26.04.2013, unique registration code 31578560 — through the website webgenon.ro, hereinafter referred to as: the seller, Webgenon, we, our, us.
The buyer is the individual or legal entity that has placed an order for one or more of our products and services, hereinafter referred to as: buyer, client, you.
Webgenon offers the following products and services: creation of business websites, branding and design, PPC (pay-per-click advertising) services, and SEO services.
3. Rights and Obligations
The seller assumes the following rights and obligations
- The right to modify the website and the terms and conditions page without prior notice to the buyer
- The right to select the clients and projects they work on
- The obligation to complete an order once the contract has been filled out and signed by both parties, the advance payment has been made by the buyer, and the order does not deviate from the options offered in the ordered product or service package
The client assumes the following rights and obligations
- The obligation to provide accurate information necessary to fulfill the order
- The obligation to provide correct and complete billing details, necessary for issuing the invoice for the products and services offered by the seller
- The right to cancel an order before signing the contract and paying the advance, at no additional cost
- The obligation to pay for the ordered services
4. Information about Payments and Invoicing
For each of the services offered, the invoicing and payment method is established by mutual agreement with the client at the time the contract is signed.
If we do not receive a response from you within 10 days, the project/order is considered completed and the invoice will be issued.
Payment is accepted only by bank transfer.
Because our products and services fall into the category of "products made to the consumer's specifications or distinctly personalized products, as well as those which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may deteriorate or expire quickly" under Romanian Government Ordinance 130/2000, Art. 10, letter c), we do not accept returns, and advance payments will not be refunded once the project has started.
5. Privacy Policy
Processing of personal data for the purpose of concluding and executing the Contract
Personal data provided by the User will be processed for the purpose of executing this Contract, specifically for the provision of Services, invoicing and collection of the value of Services, customer relations, verification and recovery of debts, and any other processing necessary for the proper conduct of the contractual relationship.
Personal data provided by the User may be disclosed to legal entities, authorities, and authorized public institutions, upon their request, in accordance with legal provisions.
Processing of personal data for promotional purposes (marketing)
Personal data provided, as well as other information provided by the Client through this contract (such as: email address, fax number, mobile number, landline number) may be processed by us in compliance with the Users' rights, particularly the right to information and objection, for the following purposes:
- Sending commercial communications
- Communication regarding the status of services provided at the client's request or when deemed necessary (e.g. in the event of a technical issue or unauthorized access) for the products and services offered
Processing of personal data for general identification purposes
Personal data with an identification function is necessary for the correct identification of the client/authorized representative in internal processing systems, for carrying out invoicing operations, and for anything necessary or related to the execution of the Contract.
User rights regarding the processing of personal data provided
The User has the following rights regarding the personal data provided:
- Right to information
- Right to rectification
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority ANSPDCP — the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing
To exercise these rights, the User shall submit to Webgenon a written, dated, and signed request, addressed to the person responsible for personal data protection, at the email address office@webgenon.ro.
